All of our pasta is made from scratch daily, from short to long pasta we have an expert pasta maker making the pasta in the corner of Nardò.
Our menu features serveral different types of homemade pastas. We have a wide variety of plates feauturing squid ink linguine, spinach ravioli, gnocchi, lasagna and fettuccine. All our pasta is made by hand in our pasta station right next to our kitchen.
